oh.. didn't see the bend on the top part, only thing i noticed in the pic initially was the yellow...

If you can buff out the yellow paint you should be able to use a heat gun from the inside and reshape the front bumper.

I've seen "PDR" remove bigger dents then that with a heat gun.

I buffed out the yellow with some rubbing compound so thats fine (a few pox in the clearbra, but thats why I bought it)

The fact that you have witnessed this makes me want to try it. I have to do some work to get my iPOD integrated. I'll try to get my hands on a heat gun.

good luck with the bumper. hope you don't have to replace it. new bumper cover and painting will cost about $500.

the impact absorbers (foam) are about $40-60. the reinforcement is another $150-200. all depends on where you get the parts from. if the front reinforcement is bent, you'll be better off replacing it. you'll want to replace them if these safety items are compromised.

just went through the whole thing not too long ago...
