Well I tried to get the lip in the estimate, the guy got stone cold and said to me. "Why should he have to pay for a new lip for you?"
"I said..... uh emotional damages?"
"That's not going to fly."
So I ask how much it is anyway.... trying to play it off, they wanted well over $600, so I said WHATTT?!?! Yeah there is no way I would do that to him.

They are not going to start the work until he pays for the parts, and will release it when it is all paid in full, but I'm responsible for the final cost, if he doesn't pay I don't get my car. I don't think that will happen, he seems like a good dude. It should be ready by Friday if he paid for the parts before 2pm today.

All I know is that seeing it was Then I remembered my friend in the CRX next to me suggested I move it closer to him and I was like

My jaw dropped when I saw you asked him to buy you a lip That's hillarious. Stay on the man's good side especially till everything is paid up!

I wanted to see about it. I'm going to stay on the good side, the manager said to me that he thought he got my rims too, and pointed out the horrible curb rash from the last owner and I had to be honest and tell him he wasn't at fault.

They fit.... perfectly. I felt like a such an immoral piece of crap for trying to get the lip. If it were an insurance company that would be one thing, but he's a nice guy.

Get an AP2 bumper. Same price as AP1. You'll be glad you did.

since he's rich, make him pay the damages for ur car + emotional distress caused by other morons' comments + ur opportunity cost for this whole hassle.

and finally, tell him to retake his driving test
