i agree. people who can't drive there cars to there potential always call bs on people who can drive.

It's always the guys who can't who are quick to tell everyone else what can and can't be done. One of the reasons I stopped visiting S2kI for so long was because I got sick of trying to correct all the know it alls that actually know nothing.

Still, it's not worth getting upset over. There are plenty of people here (Negcamber is one good example) who have their ducks in a row, and besides, being skeptical doesn't make one a dick; It just makes one a skeptic.

I agree too, but in point of fact, the people who *can* extract the full potential of their car (any car) is a very small minority, so when claims are made without support, a little skeptcism seems reasonable to me. We've had more than a few people lie about their quarter mile times over the years, so many in fact that I know longer belive anyone who doesn't post a timeslip, and even then I retain a little skepticism, because timeslips can be faked. If your times were common, people wouldn't be skeptical, but when you make exceptional claims, you should expect them to be questioned. How could it be otherwise?

Given the temperature and altitude, my car would have been running in the 12's, and knowing that is more important than whether or not anyone else believes it or not, isn't it?

dyno was on a mustang dyno and corrected.
Cool...thanks

For those that would doubt his 237hp number from a Mustang dyno, that's about 220whp on a DynoJet...so again that is about right for a car with his mods.

I'm not going to say I don't believe you but can you take a picture of your 1/4 mile papers? I believe you that you got those times but I just feel like playing devil's advocate and having you prove to us that you did those times.
Good times btw.

Hmmm...

That being said, a reality check on this board would find probably 25% of the post contain either inaccurate information or outright bullsh*t.

yeah cause its at sea level and the air there seems to be much better than a lot of other tracks. i have run 13.5's at a few other tracks over the summer though so i know its on point for the most part.
