i recently read a post titled s2000 resemblance. Funny thing is, there was no mention of how the z4 looks axactly like the S from the back end. Is it just me or did BMW totally jock the honda style not to mention making a car to specifically compete with the S. Honda needs to come out with a bigger engine to put BMW's attempts to shame.

They're similar, but not that close. They are both variations on a standard roadster rear end.

By the way the Z4 only has 190hp vs S2000 240hp hmmm.

 

uh...the z4 3.0 has 225hp, not to mention with WAY more torque (214 lb/ft) @ 3500rpm than the S has at 7500rpm... the S is a great car, but don't think it's invincible to competition.

I have to admit that the more I've seen of the Z4, the more I kinda like it

 

and no BMW did not "jock the steeze" of Honda!!!!

 

What about the z4?

 

Both are beautiful cars in their own way.

The Z4 is state of the art, with bold styling and lots of high tech goodies.

The S2000 is simplicity taken to perfection, albut a somewhat dated look.
