Like the topic states...

Check em out, that's exactly how I want mine to look... I've sent the guy a message but haven't received a response in 5 days...

Any of you know? Thanks!

He has no diffusers. He just removed the OEM diffusers from his headlights.

My brother and I just did mine yesterday although I put clear USDM diffusers back in. The mod that is pictured would cost you about $10 and couple of hours of tender with your car. A friend to help wouldn't hurt either.

I see I see... $10 for what?? Would I still need to microwave it?

I for some reason like no diffusers over USDM or JDM clear ones... I'll be smoking the whole fixture anyways...

I opted for going with no diffusor. I feel that the diffusor breaks up the line of the cars front end. By going with the chrome it matches the high beam and continues the flow of the light making the front seem slightly wider. But thats just my opinion.

As for the money I would buy a tube of silicon to rebead the seal after you are reseating the two sides.

NO, NO, NO, DO NOT MICROWAVE THEM! You BAKE (not broil) them in an OVEN (like a cake) for about 20 minutes. Read this thread all the way through, he tells you what you need, where to get it, and what to do with it.

LoL... that's what I meant, bake them --

Man I'da been thinkin the same as you all... "WTF Is wrong with Driv300mph??"

I'm hoping I can do this as long as I read the directions... not very mechanical, but just enough to change my diff, tranny, and motor oils... I should be able to.

Thanks guys!

Oh, and did you say that I needed to buy chrome backing?? Anyone know where to get this stuff?

No chrome to buy, when you take the orange diffuser lens out the chrome surface you see in te above pics is behind it. Basically you got to do like 5 or 6 hours of work to take two plastic pieces out of your headlights (maybe 4 hours if your familiar with removal of the bumper and headlights allready), half of that time being baking the lights to open/close them. Have fun
