could anyone explain what part of convertable this is? is this the whole thing?

the one that honda has recalls on MY00 s2ks? dealer told me to do this along with the plugs...and i was just wondering what this convertable top cover is? could anyone explain or post pics? anyone got done?

It's not the top that is affected by this recall. It's just the cover that installs over the top when it is folded. The straps that retain the cover where changed, I believe they interfered with the seatbelts.
