What did you do to your S2000 today?
Differential mounts. Tried to do it without removing the exhaust - one bolt was such a PITA that I ended up pulling the exhaust. Wasn't a difficult job but still ended up taking me over 3 hours.
Big improvement even though the old ones were not torn or leaking. I'm getting less driveline "twist" I was feeling before under hard accelerating. Less transmission "rocking" under on/off throttle transitions at low speeds. Rear end feels more planted under hard accelt.
I just went with OEM ones as I didn't want any harshness.

Well not just today really, but while I had it up on stands waiting for the shocks to come back I :
Pulled the starter and cleaned it up and fixed the starter grind
Replaced the Vtec Solenoid gasket and the o-ring on the camgear bolt
Put a new rear view mirror assembly on it (base came loose and the whole thing fell off mid autox run at spring nats!)
Have since put the suspension back in.
Yesterday while installing new front pads, finally got around to replacing the right inner fender liner with the new one that has been sitting in the garage for 2 months!

If you drop the exhaust it's very easy. I could have done it in 2 hours with set up and clean up had I removed the exhaust first.

I just replaced my diff and all diff mounts. Definitely remove the exhaust first makes it so much easier. Also you have room to torque the bolts. My front two diff mounts were in good condition, only my left rear mount was ripped. I noticed no difference in handling replacing all four mounts. However I do notice the difference in the new 4.57 final gear and I love it! I did not notice the improvement right away until I was able to keep up with a Prius.
