if you put your vin# in your profile, you get upgraded to an owner.

enthusiast could be anyone.

Oh, that's easy. An owner has an S2000, and enthusiast wants an S2000. At least that's my first guess.

An owner has registered his VIN # on this forum along with other information.

You may not want to use your real VIN - someone told me that Honda reads this site - I honestly don't remember puting my VIN in when I first signed up but it shows me as an owner (which I am)... either that or I was really, really drunk and don't remember...

Honda does not have access to the VIN's registered here, and they are also not connected to your profile here. So there is no way that the two can be connected. Even the Admins can't connect the two.

When you enter your VIN, your profile gets a flag set that you have entered a VIN, nothing more. It does however only let the VIN be entered once. This stops others from sharing a VIN and making everyone owners.

Both are enthusiasts... But I would guess an owner is an enthusiast who has the car
