Default What is the difference in top material.....

I am getting a new top and was wonderin what the difference between top material lookin for something that will last if taken care of till i get my mugen hard top just wondering if there was a big difference in the 2 materials

The denim one I believe is the vinyl one like our stock ones. The canvas material is like the ones they use on mercs and such and supposedly lasts a lot longer and holds its color better.
You must be looking on the topsonline.com site, I'm looking there too as I will be replacing my top soon.

It depends on the care given the top. All things the canvas top is a PITA to care for and to get it to look good for the long haul. I'll take the vinyl, a bottle of 303 or Raggtopp and get my top to outlast a canvas one with very little care. Mine is 6 years old and looks like new.

It might melt or catch fire but so would just about anything else in your car.

who makes the 303 top cleaner. I'm in Canada and haven't seen this anywhere.
