I use a high quality hypoallegenic non abrasive liquid made of 2-butoxyethanol, ethyene glycol hexyl ether isoproprol alcohol and water.

Hmm, I'm not sure if I'm impressed that you knew what Windex was and could type that from memory, or saddened that you actually sat there and quoted a bottle of Windex...

Yea, for some reason, newspaper works wonders on glass. I don't know why, but it's better than anything else I have ever used. It really gets the bugs out and doesn't leave streaks. It's also cheap to use since I use the free advertisements I get in the mail as window wipers.

Go to an eyeglass store and pick up a small bottle to clean glasses with. 0 smear and super clean.
