I run Children with Diabetes, a very large diabetes-related community web site.

My oldest daughter Marissa (now 15 1/2 and with her temp) was diagnosed when she was 24 months old. I figured the web was a perfect virtual community tool, so built the web site for her.

Traffic's large, but not s2ki.com large. We also run conferences each year, which are a blast.
