"No. Those will rub in the rear and rub more in the front. An S2000 with those offsets will chirp and squeak with every bump in the road. Bad bad bad bad idea. Bad. "

IS THIS TRUE????

How much would it cost to powdercoat stock rims and who does that kind of thing? I was just thinking about it myself, and it might be an option I can take for now. I was thinking black.

Sorry to steal your thread, cant we share?

Oh, I found these guys: http://www.powdercoater.com/ - they are closer to me.

BTW, I came across some information, some guy saying that powdercoated rims can crack under extreme use, if not done correctly.

That would suck.

try and contact the company making these wheels and get them to make them in 17x9 +65 offset.

you may be able to roll the rear fenders enough for them to fit in the back.

as for the front, you may be able to bend the tabs that hold your fender lining in a bit, but you will eventually ruin your front fenders from them rubbing.

if you get these, think about getting smaller tires. maybe a 205 40 17 in the front and a 225 40 17 on the rear.

nice looking wheels though, just wished they made em with proper offsets. i'd rock the bronze on my spa!
