I was just thinking of how it would look if the OEM wheels were black anodized and coated for a Spa yellow S. What are your thoughts?

 

I'm sure that Black Powder coated wheels would look real good on Yellow. They sure look good on my red, DSF_S2k's red, Wesmaster's red, and Moyopoyo's silver.

 

anyone ever do this with a white s2k? pictures?

So sorry!! Moyo's wheels are greyish-silver.

 

Mine are black!

 

If you specifically want anodizing im pretty sure you cannot do this finish with a cast wheel. Only forged aluminum will produce aestetically pleasing results. I tried to get my old prelude wheels done and most anodizing shops first question was "are they forged"
But anodizing does look great

 

how much did it cost you to have the powder coating done. did you do it yourself? if you did how? thanks
