Remember the mesh grille insert sold briefly about three months ago as a way to keep insects and other debri out of the radiator? Well, I bought one and made a few modifications. I'm thinking of putting it on my new S2K when it arrives. The shadow detail in the picture is not very good, but I'll try to post some better pictures when I get another chance to take some.

What do you think?

I think that's the modification --- the logo in the center,

The trouble is I'm running with the front licence plate so it would go unnoticed.

I think the logo in the grille is just too much. However, I will tell you that I have that mesh grille too, and it is an excellent idea if you'll be driving anywhere where there's gravel, etc likely to be kicked up at your car (it's very smart for the track).

Ok another case of the picture cannot do justice to what it really looks like in flesh.
I was very fortunate enough to be invited by leather God himself 'Rick' to his headquarter office. And, joy!, I got to see that in person and it really looked good especially on the silver car. Quite incredible how creative the guy is, and I am very lucky to have met him in flesh and shook his hands.
And what an honor to get permission to hand pick among those console leathers!
Anyway back to the S2000 logo on the Denis Grill(i think), it is a winner. I hope that Rick gets a good shot soon, so you will see what I mean and maybe if you live not to far you can check it out when he calls on you.
Job well done Rick. Too bad, our meeting, you,Sam and me ended too quick. Maybe another time we get to gether again when you finally get your car and do the steering wheel or when your wind screen project comes to a completion.
See you soon. Rick, keep calling the dealer to have your car there ready to go first asap.

Too dark to tell. Just my opinion the S2000 logo is nice however kind of cheesy. It makes the front of the car looking kinda weird...

1Randyc,

Sorry we couldn't spend more time on Sunday, but my fear about getting the console covers shipped turned out to be justified: I was there until about 1:30 AM packing them up. Next time we meet, I'll have my car and we can install our new windscreens!
