I didn't think that it was meant to be used for anything?!! My radio door is always down anyways so it covers up 70% of it all the time(aftermarket head unit is bigger and radio door needs to be down, only way it would close is if I take out the face of the Head unit when I leave my S in a Neighborhood I don't trust).
