when im excited about driving it's great, but when im tired and just want to get to the destination, im annoyed that the car isnt an auto or the revs dont match themselves. but it's not fair to complain like that.

i too wish for good cupholders, seats that hug me more.

-Exhaust droning, especially on startup.
-I'm 6'1 with a cusco, usually a pain to get inside
-Not being practical, I hate using the trunk pretty much everytime i go somewhere
-Drivers side blindspot but I rarely drive with the top up
-Rattling with top up

Honestly these problems dont "piss me off" but its annoying most of the time.

Man Up????? No Wussies here. My AP1 is pure pleasure. I will only need water bottles on long drives, especially in Arizona, or when traveling to other states.

i dd my car and all the little "annoyances" i just embrace. before i bough my s i dreamed about owning one for literally years. so all the stupid little things like no cup holders and not seeing stoplights just forces me to remember that its mine and its real. i love driving my car, i seriously feel like a fighter jet pilot driving it.

After reading through the thread, there are 3 things that haven't been mentioned:

1) The angle of the windshield and how quickly it gets pitted!! I'm already on my 2nd windshield
because of that and it already looks worse than the one on my '98 beater.

2) Putting the top down with even the slightest bit of rain on it, then parking and putting the top
up, the rain on the top seems to pool in this one place such that when you put it up, without fail
it pours into the car before you can get the windows up!

3) Being in front of a soccer mom vehicle or truck at night and the rear view mirrors being at just the
right height so you get the direct beam of their headlights burning into your eyes! I have to adjust
the mirrors pointing down until I get far enough away from them so it don't bug me no more.

None of these things piss me off, more annoyances than anything else, I LOVE MY S!!!!

i love everything about it. I did not buy it to eat in so cup holders I can care less about, I use mine for change. It rides low because it is a sports car and thats how it is supposed to be. It is loud again how sports cars are supposed to be. It is hard to get in and out because it is low which is a trait of a sports car. The trunk is bigger than most everything in its class and I am fine with the trunk being small, it is a sports car. I worry baout theft, but I do have an alarm and a 357Magnum. It does not get very good MPG, I never pay attention though, its not a Civic so I could care less.

If I wanted a comfy, quiet car with 9 cupholders that is easy to get into and out of and has alot of cargo room I would have bought a Pilot. This car serves every desire that I bought it for.

The fact that on swift springs my cars scrapes hard on the closest honda dealers driveways. Of all the car dealers to have awful designed driveways.

Also the stock cup holder location is just bad. At least my porsche before just didn't have a cup holder to complain about.

I can't imagine ever getting rid of this car.

It's all in perspective. If you've had everything all your life, never been hungry, had your college paid for, first car bought for you, parents paid your medical insurance until you were twenty five, your perspective could be a bit different than some one who didn't have any of that and had to hustle their way through everything.
Minor annoyances may not even register... like a cup holder.

Woah there boss! Don't go around making complete sense you could pee some people off.
I find it completely amazing sometimes how in today's society many don't want to compromise to have what they want.
I haven't had the pleasure of being in a Ferrari yet, or a Mclaren, but do they have cup holders for big gulps?

So far, the only complaints I have are the occasional grind in 2nd, and the way water drips from the top onto the seat with the window down. (at a drivethru on a rainy day).
Other than that, I love my S to death! I'll be putting it to the test soon, as me and a buddy are making a trip from Houston to San Diego in Feb. So I'm sure I'll be back her with some complaints after that.
