Default What else should I do...mods

You'll see a list of mods I've done below. I'm having a tough time trying to figure out what else/next for my car.

I'd like to keep it all motor.

Any suggestions?

I would say 4:44 final gear, if you want performance, or go with the OEM lip, spoiler, and strakes, if u want looks. Thats just my .02 cents.

Looks like the door's wide open, since you haven't really done any engine mods.

Since you're going to stay all-motor, the logical first steps would be Intake/Header/Exhaust. However, you need to decide on what are your goals, and how much are you willing to spend?

Oooh... gears are a good one, I missed that. However, I don't think the 4.44s are readily available now, so you'd have to go with 4.56s (or 4.77s if you want to get really aggressive).

Yea ur rite, plus you have to keep in mind ur warranty. Seeing that ur a MY02, ur still under factory warranty. So gears would void that. How about a VAFC? With a harness of course.

CAI would be a cheap and easy mod.

Someone else will say it if I don't: Driver education classes at a track or AutoX event.

The cooling mods like the Radiator cap and thermostat would be decent choices for cheap.

Then try to find a blonde as an upgrade to the brunette. (Just Kidding of course.)

Gears only void a tranny warrenty. A VAFC will void the engine warrenty and is more of a PIA to deal with. I had both (4.77 and VAFC) I sold the VAFC.
Get the gears!

Thanks for the responses.

ruexp67, I was too thinking of a blonde, not as an upgrade but more of an alternate of choice to keep me from getting bored.

shift_9k, I do have the oem lip. Came with the car so I didn't list as a mod. I've actually applied silver vinyl tape on top of the third brake for continuity. I've done this with the bottom of the rear bumper that was originally black in color. It cleans things up nicely. As far as the final drive gears I keep going back and forth with it. I'm sure I'll pull the trigger on it real soon.

I also heard that the VAFC was a PIA so probably wont do it.

Performance driving school. When and where? I agree this would be one of the best mods I can do for myself.

The cooling system mods sound good too.

Thanks again for your suggestions. Keep 'em coming

One of the Cal groups should know of something in your area for a driving school.
