None if you're NA.

Honda engineers aren't retarded. You're not going to find an easy fix that gives magic gains unless you're boosted.

Intake and exhaust while NA are largely for the sound. You'll be lucky to pick up 10-20hp after a couple thousand bucks.

The Invidia V3 doesnt have the rattle (they fixed it) and it's 70mm instead of the V2's 60mm (more power!). Go upgrade

Nice front splitter, what is it and where can I get one for an AP1?

Oh, just bought a magnaflow, don't know much about it but the price is right and I like the sound. Hopefully get it before the weekend.

The best gains from duals come from J's Racing and Amuse, 5-6 HP I think and they are both made from titanium.
However J's is still loud but less than Invidia, and Amuse is way too expensive - almost $2500!
The good thing is that titanium exhausts are very light (6kgs vs OEM 25kgs) so apart from the extra HP you benefit from the weight loss as well

Apart from the advantages of less weight, you could probably assume that the loudest exhaust is the least restrictive and therefore produces more power than one that is quieter.
Since most (at least stated) produce more power than stock, the difference may not be enough to persuade you to choose one brand over another which would allow you to install the muffler system you truely prefer.
