Default What Exhaust sounds best?

I am going to buy an exhaust but i need help
I have read up on stuff and I get the impression that the Spoon may sound better than the Newspeed(Not Fact.) I havent really read on HKS. Since so many people have met with other stooks, has anyone heard them all. Sound is a big thing to me! I know its a honda but I want to keep the sound low as possible. Which one sounds quietest?

For a quality sound to your ear, it's opinion, can't help with you on that one except for listing personal preference Search the forums for some exhausts to hear sound clips (Neuspeed clip and HKS clip I definitely know exist)

Best of luck to you.

sound clips are no good. you'll have to hear them first hand.

I did some research and finally just ordered the Spoon. It comes in this week, so I'll let you know how it sounds. But from what others have told me...spoon is the way to go.

yea I think hearing them in person is much more accurate of course, that is why im resorting to you guys. I know some of you guys meet up with many S2000's and have heard different exhausts...

I really appreciate it red blur., let me know how it sounds. Like I said in the thread, I think it might be my choice too. But I want opinions from the people that have heard all these exhausts, they are the best source of info.

DMENACE021, that's all you're going to get is OPINIONS. What sounds good to one person may sound bad to the next. Take Mingster's advice and listen to them first hand *before* you buy! Sound clips may give you an idea of what it will sound like, but they will sound different in person.

Yo DMENACE021,

Here's some websites with S2000 aftermarket exhaust video/sound clips. I've looked at each of these at one time or another, but I don't remember how clear these clips are with regards to sound... I didn't have a chance to check out each link one by one since my home connection is F'in SLOW, so hopefully they work...

J's Racing N1 single outlet exhaust (Mine Mine Mine, it's coming this week, TeeHee!!)

This one has video clips of Amuse, Comptech, Nippon Autosport, and Neuspeed exhausts

Oh btw, everyone's absolutely right, there's nothing like hearing these exhausts in person, but I know that not everyone in your area has all these different exhausts on their S2K's that you can listen to in person.

I was fortunate to be part of the Big Irvine Meet a few weeks back with 65+ S2K's gathering in one place and I was able to personally hear many different aftermarket exhausts.

Funny thing is, I just ordered my J's Racing N1 Exhaust but no one has this in my area so I've never even heard it in person, just word of mouth and the video clip above from J's website... go figure!
