i've decided on a comptech sc, but what i haven't decided on is an exhaust to complement it. i'm looking for a dual exhaust with a deep, throaty growl and that gets the point across that i won't lose to you and does so through quiet intimidation. i'm not one that's fond of loud, obnoxious exhausts that whine or sounds like my R-6. at the high end RPM it should be loud, but should be somewhat subtle at the low end.

i'd love to hear any suggestions you have. if you have pics or sound bytes, those are even better. i'd also love to hear how much power you gained from the exhaust over stock and dyno charts if you have them. tks.

my favorite thus far seems to be the spugen. love the sound.

and another AZ S2000 member no less. doc, i have to hear it person some time. do you ever head down to tucson? did you have problems installing the exhaust? a little off topic, but did you install your own SC or did you give it to someone to do the work?

 

I'm personally a fan of the Apex-i World Sport exhaust. Just loud and deep enough to set off an alarm or two in a parking garage, but not annoying at all.

love my HKS. looks insane with dual tips slanted up and sounds incredible especially with the supercharger.

 

Anyone have a sound bite with the Comptech supercharger and exhaust? Are you guys also running the Comptech header as well? I would like the Comptech tips to not stick out as much as they do. What size pipeing comes with the Comptech Exhaust? Thanks
