Default What extra options exist in the US?

In Sweden where I live, there are almost no extra options that you can order to your s2000. I've seen that some s2000 are equipped with what seems to be a gps navigational system, is this something that you can install on a used car? Is it possible to by all the stuff from honda?

I was also wondering about if the US cars are equipped with crusie control? Same question here, can you install it on a used car?

Are there any other options that exist in Japan, or the US but not in Europe?

Regards, Eric

Very few options are available for the JDM (Jap Domestic Model), only in MY07 do you get 2 options: VGS or normal. The VGS has been replaced my the equivalent of the CR for MY08.

The GPS you see is is only available for Japan as it is not simply just the GPS satellites you use in Japan. There are ground based navigational aids as well.

US models have cruise control and to my knowledge the CR's do not have variable geometry steering (VGS). The CR's steering rack is the same as AP1's. Some owners have choosen to install aftermarket navigational systems since that option is not available in the US.

Not counting colors, in the US you can get an S2000 three ways from the factory:
S2000
S2000 CR
S2000 CR with A/C and radio

Everything else is a dealer or aftermarket add-on. (And therefore illegal for SCCA stock class racing.)

You can browse through what's available on the US model here:
