Looks like list price is $10.68 each. You can get them from manhonda.com for $6.68 each or $55 for a 10-pack. Majestic Honda (hondaautomotiveparts.com) has filters even cheaper ($4.70 each). Unfortunately, they don't display the actual part number, so it's impossible to verify if it's actually the PCX filter or not.

Don't forget the drain bolt washers (14mm).
