[QUOTE=ucisgreatone,Jun 2 2006, 11:22 AM][QUOTE=gardy @ Jun 2 2006, 10:09 AM)]
I'll never forget it. I went out for a long drive on the highway to get over 600 miles. After about an hour, I reached the threshold and almost as if on cue, it just dumped rain - a real downpour. I pulled off the highway and went to some back roads and the rain died down. I got clear section of road, put it in first, slowly revved to about 4000 then punched it. Once it hit 6000 the wheels immediately lost traction and the traction control flashed (along with the rev limiter) in a very dramatic scene. I soon found that full throttle in the wet was impossible in first or second gear. I distinctly remember the first time I heard that change in exhaust note, the surge of power and thinking to myself, "my God, this thing is just possessed after 6000!"

I waited until I hit 1,000 miles for some reason, but then I floored a few gears... nothing too crazy, but that was fun.

35mph... in reverse... in a huge parking lot to see if VTEC worked.

Naturally, I had to take mine up to the dragon.
