Default What a great car!

I've wanted an S2000 ever since I saw one. I got the chance to purchase one last week that had hail damage and I got $4000 off of the usual price it seems the used ones go for. I got a 2001 model with 22000 miles on it. I had signed up for a driving instruction school that was held at the Mid America Motorplex in Pacific Junction, Iowa for saturday and sunday. I was originally going to take my 2001 Mustang GT to this event, but I couldn't resist the price for the S2000. So I traded it in and took the S2000 to the track. Man this car rocks! It was my first event and it was with a Corvette Club. They allowed convertibles on the track but they limited the speed to 80mph, but that didn't bother me, because the best part of the track was at the end with a bunch of twisting turns. My roommate has a 2003 mustang cobra and his brother has a 2002 Z06 Corvette and I was able to pull away from them in the turns! I was disappointed that I couldn't take it past 80, but being fast in the turns made up for it really fast. I am so happy that I finally got this car and was able to take it out on a track. Thank you Honda for a kick ass car!

It is red and I haven't got any quotes on the damage yet. When I asked the dealer they said $800-$1000 damage. The damage is mostly on the hood and the trunk, if worst comes to worst, I will just buy a new hood and trunk. There are a bunch of little dimples and a few large one's. It's really hard to notice when you are on the track and if it's dirty!
