heres the pics...... with the seats back theres no sign of the liner.

actually the roll of the stuff isn't the actual liner. the one i used was a thicker type of that liner. forgot where i purchased it, but the roll in the second picture (happens to be the original thickness) is just to show what i'm talking about . the thick one might be Heavy Duty Drawer Liner. don't remember, hope this helps.

Have you considered asking your passenger to keep quiet?

At first I thought I was the only one, but I guess not. Also, when I first drove the car I considered it VERY noise. Every aspect of it kind of annoyed me, that rattle, the stock exhaust, everything. But once you get down to it, it's a damn sports car! I don't even hear those things anymore. Furthermore, I love hearing the stock exhaust when in VTEC. I love this car...

exhaust i can understand but just cause its a sports car does not mean it should sound like a ensemble of annoying noises.

Just do the following:

1. Put the seat all the way back
2. Recline the seat until it stops by hitting the back wall of the car.
3. Move seat forward one or two notches, or raise the seat back one notch.
4. Buckle passenger seat belt, or move seat belt tab up to the shoulder belt guide.

No more noisy passenger seat.

I did exactly the same.
- move buckle all the way up top
- move the seat a notch forward

Annoying noises gone
