Alright, I am now looking at the bigass Neuspeed box (I have to take it down in the Suburban).

I am about to have it put on on Wed.

Any words of wisdom from the group. Special instructions?

call up Neuspeed for some last minute adjustment advice. Highly recommend it. Also, make sure you get at least 2 sets of bolts and nuts for the cat->exhaust connection.

Oh, cool! Are you having a shop do the work?

The front and back "rubber" hangers are different from each other, but don't appear to be different. Don't get them mixed up.

Perhaps put antiseize compound on all exhaust threads.

Don't tighten the bolts until the exhaust tips look like they are same distance from the bumper.

Have fun and congrats!

I am having a shop do it. They havent done a S2K but they have done Neuspeed cat backs before. 50$ and I dont have to worry about breaking anything myself.

Liquid Wrench the crap out of the 3 cat nuts & bolts beforehand and you may not need the spare ones like Mingster said. Also, there were a couple of threads a month or two back from those of us who did our own installs. These may be of help to you. Search Neuspeed going back 4-5 weeks. Have fun!
