Hey guys I have the k&n FIPK on my car right now and I have the AEM v2 at home as well and I just wanted to know if you guys think its worth the effort to put the V2 in. Do you think there is going to be much of a difference?

Don't waste your time, just stay with the FIPK.

Yeah stick with the FIPK...I used to have the AEM and I didn't like it for a daily driver.

What was the big difference between the AEM and K&N? I have the AEM CAI now with my DD and I like it.

And this from your linky:

For example, DON'T post stuff in here ---

-If you are asking about where to find a good mechanic. (Put that in your regional forum where your own people can see it.)
-If you are wondering which exhaust system is the best. (That's general "S2000 Talk" material. Same goes for CAI, horn. We've got a Tire/Wheel forum if you want to know what to buy or if it will rub.)

I agree. After a 3 hour install which involved cutting plastics I wasn't that impressed. It sounds good at WOT but feels sluggish. Throttle response seems lower. This was all measured with the butt dyno though!

I'm looking for a good deal on a FIPK II if you know of anyone selling!
