Just so you know, the seats have been replaced. I saw the car at the dealer on Wed after they were closed. The top has been replaced and also has a glass window.

I know its been on the lot over 30 days. What should I offer if everything checks out okay?

I would say offer $13,500 but i am sure it does not hurt to offer less.

Even $15,000 might not be too much.
Of course a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay.
