I currently have a TS single TIT exhaust w/ Berks Test Pipe and its a bit too loud for me. Yeah I know, deal with it! But I'm looking for other cheaper options.

Want dual now eventhough it will hurt performance just because I want to try something new and prefer to cover both of my exhaust holes. Would like to have the TIT burnt tip look, something light and works well with my FI setup . And most importantly, something NOT too loud, lets say if the TS is a 10 for 1-10, I'm looking for a 7 or so.

Any suggestions?

So far I've looked at the t1r sparrow, invidia, and mugen 04 (love this look), but haven't narrowed it down as of yet. Heard HKS is pretty good sound wise, but don't want to lose too much HP.

Also have another member willing to trade for a MG Racing + cash but never heard anything concerning this exhaust, so any input would be helpful!

Off topic...How's that Berk's test pipe. I was thinking about getting one, any thoughts or opinions?. I am looking for a good dual exhaust myself, I am going to go with the Fujitusbo.

 

T1r Sparrow for awesome power, good looks, good sound.
HKS Dual Hi Power for AWESOME sound, good looks, same power as stock.
Invidia with a test pipe will be loud as hell also.
I can't comment on the new Mugen.
HKS will probably be the cheapest, then T1r, then Mugen.
Perhaps also consider the dual Titanium Spugen?

 

thanks for that list, thats exactly what I was looking for I had a spugen single system on my 02 S2K and it was almost as loud as the TS I have now, so I want something a little quiter. Will the dual automatically be quieter?

Strange! I have about 1000 miles on my Berk Technologies Test Pipe and no CEL on my NA'd AP2.

 

I think most duals are quieter. Not sure if it's because of their design or the individual system, but they are. But I am sure some duals are louder than some singles, but not that often.
I really vote for Spugen, T1r Sparrow, or HKS. But it depends on what you want the most out of it (sound, looks, power, weight).

 

I thought the Berk TP has a stacked bung for the 02 to simulate proper use. That's wierd your CEL came on
