i assume your talking about performance, because if it was looks i think you would have already bought what you thought looked good. anways. with 500 i would get an intake of some sort, a test pipe, you will still have some $$ left over with that, maybe a few tanks of gas 
. or for $500 you could get a catback exaust used and a test pipe maybe.

i would get my resonator removed -------- $40
AEM V2 CAI ------------------------------------ $100-200
voodoo countersunk shift knob ------------- $50
a lip of some kind ------------------------------$????
that should be around $500 i think...

I would go with an oem lip if you don't already have one. With the left over money you could get a voodoo knob and a testpipe or an intake. Why don't you tell us what mods you already have so we can make better suggestions.
