I did have some friends in Lincoln, Nebraska that you had to be carefull with your car around. They would take white cardboard and cut it plate size. Using paint markers they would make up plates with sayings like COCK TZ or IMA FAG and use doublesided foam tape to stick it over your rear plate. Most people never look at their rear plate close enough to catch it. My friend quit doing it when after he drove around for a week with the fag plate on his built 1968 Z28. Pretty funny.
