Frank,
Get two sets. It's the only way to go... and thanks for the Amuse.

18" is bling.

With 18" you would have a tires with car instead a car with tires.

Keep the stock for track and buy 17" Volks/other brand with costum color for show.

no problem, i hope the amuse works out for you.

im going to keep the stock 16's for sure. now if i get 17's or 18's ill probably get potenza tires, i like them alot.

so it seems like 17's are probably going to be the winner. the car should look good since im going to drop it before i get the rims.

now heres the other debate. should i take the risk and order the le28 volks in gold with the polished lip? i like them alot and not many spa's have that set up.

gold with spa looks funny if you ask me, but 17" I totally agree with. 18's look odd, too big.

Go 17in. Volk CE28N. Yea, everyone has them... There is a reason for that. They fit. Perfectly. They are extremely light weight and they look very good. If you have your car lower than an inch, chances are that you will rub with any of the 18in Volks.

I just ordered mine from Dave at R & D Motorsports. He is the ONLY guy to get Volks from.

I am currently contemplating this same question, whether to go 17's or 18's.

Does everyone with 18's and a drop rub? or is there some magic offset to get?

Thanks (didn't mean to hijack the thread)

Chris

I have 18's with a drop.. no rubbing at all here. If I were you than I would get 17's... obviously your having second thoughts on 18's and 17's look pretty good when your car is lowered for shows.
