I got Ground Control w/ 425F&400R spring rates. They feel great! I haven't tried alot of springs, just H&R Sport Springs, but they feel great. I do autocross and plan on some track days.
I am curious as to how the PSS9's feel. Looking forward to your findings...

Stratocaster, do you play Stratocasters?
ey billy how is the h&r springs? did you rode them with stock shocks or aftermarket?
I've had Koni's and KG/MM Supersports for about a year and a half. I am very pleased with the set up but I will have Ground Controls on the car by spring. I presently have the Koni/GC set up on my Civic Autocrosser. They are fantastic.
-kg/mm race springs
-koni yellow shocks
-front set on lower perch, rear set at higher perch
-front : 1 finger gap rear: 1.25-1.5 finger gap
i went with kg/mm springs b/c they're the only springs that offer dual rate technology. basically gives you nice ride comfort when driving normally and the extra performance kicks in when you start taking turns.
the koni yellow shocks are undoubtably some of the best shocks out there. gchambers posted a link showing that these shocks outperform some of those shocks that come with the 'jdm' brand coilovers (tein, buddy club, etc).
im 98% pleased with the setup, i just wish the rear was a bit lower to make the ride look 100% even. however, that would make the camber much worse since i'm already running at a minimum of -2 degrees in the rear.

nice setup. that's what I should have done the first time around.
I won the WWSCC auto-x series in my class this year with them so I am very pleased with the performance.
Honestly - the biggest difference was switching to R compounds - but I like the BCs. The seriously fast guys seem to prefer the Penskes/Motons or other high dollar setups but I'm not that good yet so until I get better I'm going to stick with the BCs.
