Aha! If we can have heads-up-display type projections than i want to show this live info. It will look good at night...
It will also give a graphic explanation of WHY they are seeing the tail end as you make the kill...
This versions shows even more info, but unfortunately it does to the law-man behind you too...

A company here did some animated laser billboards. Basically they'd use a blank billboard in a busy area, and at night they'd project advertising onto it. It got banned because it caused so many accidents.
