That looks pretty cool, kind of like the Carrera GT look. I'd probably paint it to match my car, though.

oh..i Definitelyy know that ImportFan's quality is junk..i used to work at a friends import performance shop......and trusttt me,,i know that the only purpose of ImportFan is just to look at pictures of whats out there for the rides (but NOT buy shit from them,,cuz they are horrible in quality)...well, anyway....thats that (theyre almostttt as bad as 'Asylumms' and 'Hans auto trends'...hahh)

Hahah, so you are close in the industry. Yeah the quality of kits and especially carbon is horrible. Pictures are cool, but don't ever trust that blue class crap cause the blue gel coat has a chemical reaction while being prepped and painted and the fit is not great and the strength was all set up in the demos. The kit was heated to make it pliable and the one kit they stood on is a MR-2 wide body front, which is one of the strongest front bumpers by size and when set up like they had it, it had an easier time distributing and holding the weight. All in all I think this is a great idea and should be followed through by a better company...

I think if you're going for the raw carbon look, I think a carbon hood, that cover, and a carbon trunk lid would look damn good on an S, particularly a gp white. Photoshop anyone?

What if a reputable carbon fiber manufacturer made this piece in the two piece form and we had a group buy? I'd be interested, only in the two piece though. What about the member with the GP white with the full C/F front end. How is the quality of his C/F? If good, should we ask him to make this product? Will it look weird with a seam down the middle though?

ok..i dont think if anyone remade this cover should do it in 2-piece..(read my earlier posts,,about knowing when to use the cover,,and not worrying about random weather)..also,i really dont think it would still fit in the trunk even if it was split down the middle,,nope (also ruins the whole look,,either 1 whole piece,,or nada...just my 3cents..peace)

all i know is,around the time fast and Furious (1) was out,,,everyone was sweatin Hans auto trends (in cali) becuz they sponsored them with the kits...so our shop used them as a source...THE WORSE customer service OF ALLLL Time..(not to mention,,1 kit would look barely-decent,while another in the same box would be GARBAAAAGE)..in fact,,i personally remember cursing out the Owner and people there..hah...peace

This C/F piece is the veilside mold right? Anyone know what the fiberglass veilside piece goes for? Does it come with the 2 straps and attach the same way the stock unit does?

on the site it says these go for $399... not really that bad of a price... veilside is about the same... if quality is good id consider buying one... somebody needs to do this cheaper tho with better quality if importfan.com has shitty quality.... just my $.02
