The dealer would not work with PeopleFirst.com, so I took their new car financing at 5.95% to pacify them, then immediatly refinanced with Peoplefirst.com at their best NEW car rate at the time for 60 months of 4.95%.
I had eLoan and PeopleFirst in a bidding war that started at 5.49%, and eventually ended up at 4.95%

Damn, I wonder if Honda will refinance loans???? I thought these types of specials were only for Accords, Civics, etc.

4.49% from Honda in mid November 2002. They seemed more willing to deal on the interest rate than on the sale price.

3.49% for 60 months last week.

Took advantage of the "end of the year" Honda Finance special.

I have buy rates from Chase right now at 3.75. Strict on credit (740+ score), 90% of invoice total financed including TT-L. Of course no dealer sells it at this. 700+ beacon buy rates from BoA and Banc One, 4.25 up to 60M, 4.34 up to 60M, 120% of invoice in case you are buried in your trade! With 700+ beacon score you should expect right now to pay at the dealer as a good deal around 5%.
