I keep mine a bit close (probably too close, less than a foot between me and the steering wheel) and just a bit reclined. It seems that when I've had the seat further back that I can't depress the clutch properly. I am 5'3 (162cm) btw.

Always consider the source. Look at how many owners here overlook track time when looking into mods.

I adjust the seat bottom first, so that I can comfortably rest my left foot on the dead pedal with my knee bent and also fully engage the clutch without stretching. Then I adjust the back, so that with my arms straight out, I can rest my wrists on the top of the wheel. This ends up a few clicks from the back and upright. I'm 5' 10" and have room behind my seat to stuff a jacket if necessary.

+1 or close to it. 6' but long legs, short arms so I'm probably more upright than most anyway. In spousemobile, seat actually won't go upright enough, cannot get comfortable.

Right hand at 12 o'clock position and the seat as leaned back as possible.
