I used it to put the LED for my alarm. Hope I don't need it later on!!!

the same dash is used on left and right hand drive cars... the plate you are referring to is where the cruise control moves to on a right hand drive (europe, etc.) car-

I know for sure that there is nothing made there by Honda for a Honda. It's apparently for a Spoon Green button, don't know if you guys have seen the review on Best Motoring Japan of the JDM Spoon S2K they actually activate the green button mounted on the same spot everyone is talking about before they started to drive the car. It's called the Spoon activation button.

So, in a fully loaded S we have Cruise Control and Rear Foglight Switch forward of the steering wheel, and Headlight Washers and Hardtop Rear Window Demister in centre console. That covers all spots.

i believe it is for the defroster for the hard top...
that's if anyone could afford it........
