Basically it all depends on where "here" is. If by "here" you mean Japan, then basically there is no difference between JDM and "here".

But if by "here" you mean the USA, then basically you should read this thread: Is there any real differance between USDM and JDM S2K. Besides the obvious that the steering wheel is on the other side?
