what's difference between S2000 and 350Z

well what I know is...
S2000 is convertible and Z350 is not.
and one more... we got higher number (2000 : 350)
is there any more?
and..just wondering,.... if I want to make 1/4 mile car 350z is better for that?

its bigger, heavier, not as good handling, butt ugly, newer, there is a convertible coming out, more hp, more torque, but in the mags. s2k wins in 1/4mile

the biggest difference...the s2k won my heart and the 350z made me lose my appetite.

Not so. They make a rag top now. Suggestion: go to book store ASAP. And, pick up the August issues, out now, for Road & Track, Car & Driver, and Automobile magazines. All three will collectively give you all the info you ever wanted to know about the differences, as all three test one another against the other.

True... Nissan makes the 350Z in an automatic. Honda makes no compromises. It's a manual gearbox only and is targeted squarely at driving enthusiasts. People who buy the S2K that don't appreciate the functional minimalism of the S2000 would probably quickly tire of the car. Speaking for myself, however, I enjoy the driver involvement that this car requires.

I am one of the original S2000 owners, had one for three years... I recently traded for a new 350Z... I will be writing a lenthy report soon.

Anyone who is willing to pay can get a s2k. Owning a S2K does not make one drive better.
