Is spa brighter or is it almost the same

 

i think rio is a little more on the "orangey-yellow" side - at least compared to spa yellow...

 

The best way I can think of to describe them is this: Most yellows have somewhat of a tint to them, varying from slight to pronounced. Spa is lighter and has a slight green tint to it, Rio is darker and has a relatively strong orange tint to it.
