What's this on honda.co.jp website?
Looks like service advice from the factory. But I can't understand the translation from altavista.com. Anyone read Japanese?

Why's that guy using a wrench? It doesn't look like he's using it on any of the plugs. I was wondering if there are periodic tightenings of chasis bolts that Honda of Japan recommends that our US dealers aren't performing.
And what is the factory inspection service of the underside of the car?
Does this take into consideration the extreme use of salt and ice melting chemicals used on our (some of us live with snow) roads?

If you need to drive it on salted roads, you should wash it at the earliest opportunity.
But I don't think that site mentioned driving on salted roads. It did, however, talk about the need for undercariage inspections if the car is driven hard (Or so I think. That altavista bablefish is almost useless.)

I just had my 18 month service and there is a charge for chassis tightening or something. I asked about this and they go around under the car and check and torque all the bolt together parts of the chassis and suspension.
I guess this is what the article relates to.
