After my baby's little arguement with a micra she has been sitting waiting for the garage to pick her up. I just noticed that washer fluid is leaking from inside the front wing, so obviously the bottle is cracked. I was just wondering if there was anything else of note in there that may have been damaged?

Oh yeah, and here is a little piccy:

Funny you should mention it. I saw a Civic driving by yesterday that had its entire bumper pulled off. It just had the washer fluid bottle in that corner.

Can anyone who's had the bumper off of an s2000 confirm that that's all?

I had the fender liner on that side out, courtesy of a deceased dog who took it with him to his heavenly reward. As I recall, it's just the washer fluid reservoir in there, and maybe the wiring harness passing through. (Warning! Poster's memory is notoriously bad!) At the front of the wheel well, though, the HID light housing seemed especially vulnerable until I got a new liner in there!

My sympathies to you, rigor.

A micra is a tiny little car that you Americans would probably fall about laughing to see. The only consolation is that I did more damage to his car than he did to mine. Just goes to show how solid the s2000 is really. Mind you if I could have got the door open I would have probably done more damage to HIM!
