Default What's your favorite showoff S2000 move?

My personal favorite is: Non-sports car (SUV / pickup / minivan) driving slowly on highway. You merge into the lane. As you do so, they speed up to prevent your entry. But you enter anyway. They ride your tail out of spite. Getting off on a ramp, they try to match your speed... but R-compounds and SC make that a little difficult. I enjoy looking in the rear view as they struggle to keep all four tires on the ground as they enter the turn a little hot. I'm sorry, buddy, but "can't touch this."

I don't go around provoking altercations, but some people are awfully aggressive in their frustration.

My other favorite is: SUV driving like a jacka$$ NASCAR driver. Line up at a light. They gun it, you pass them like they're standing still. Up ahead at a green light, you engine brake and make the sweeper without touching your brakes. SUV guy tries to enter the turn hot and can't make it.

There was a great post a few years ago about someone doing this and having the SUV miss the turn into a gravel lot.

Sorry, I'm in a little immature mood today.

Share your stories and please finish with, "Can't touch this!"

Well, just to warn you, I'm not going to finish with "Can't touch this!" but anyway, I think my favorite time was when I was driving a girl around in the car, just a relaxed little drive (this was a bit ago): we entered this parking lot of a club, one half was filled, the other half completely empty (plenty of room)... so I entered the lot, gunned it and did a beautiful 180* wide drifted-turn, stopping right on the parking lines... to which a wide-eyed valet then walks up and goes (after a very long pause "Are... are you.... here for the party?"
I said no thanks and drove off.

(Forgive my moment of immaturity, but that valet looked as though he had to struggle to keep from wetting himself... it was worth it.)

My personal is a 9k rpm "tunnel" pass, except that we dont have tunnels in my small city. We DO have a couple underpasses, and one of my favorites has two pedestrian walkways up above the road, but below the overpassing parkway, so every time I see people walking through, I cant help but redline just to deafen them...and yes, I am a total ass.

I do that a lot in tunnels...Most people seem to enjoy it and give me thumbs up hehe

Ckit your posts always crack me up, your thoughts echo a lot of what us S2000 owners think about during the day
