Wheel locks

Where would the dealer put the special tool to remove the wheel locks? I checked in and under the spare. I think the dealer put the locks on and kept the removal tool.

use they hav ea special too to remove it and should of given it to you. Call the dealer you bought your car from and explain the situation to them.
