Wheel Locks from Honda...No, No, No!
I decided to get some wheel locks for my S. Braman Honda has them in their parts dept. for $50.00. Yesterday, I went to Discount Auto Parts, an auto parts discount chain store here in Florida. I saw the same locks for under $10 bucks. So I called Braman Honda parts dept. from my cell and asked why their locks are $40.00 more. He said because if you loose the key, we can get you another. The $10.00 locks box said to record the key number on the special tag so if you loose the key, IT CAN BE REPLACED. Thanks for nothing Braman Honda. For the $50.00 a bought the locks, X wrench and a bottle of Chivas Regal with money left. "Salute!"
You are lucky! I checked everywhere and could not find any aftermarket locks for these stupid Honda wheels. I really hate proprietary things, no matter who makes them.
My favorite lock is the Gorilla lock, but no one here carries them for our Hondas. I would have to order them and wait. I didn't want to see my wheels disappear while I was waiting for the locks to come in. My Honda dealer charged me $51 with tax. The wheels cost much more than that.
Did I say that the Honda (McGard) locks are UGLY? The Gorilla locks are not only better mechanically (they do not break), but they also look much better.

Tedster organized this group buy for European Honda wheel locks two and a half years ago and it was great! Someone might want to do another.
