I was looking at this rim ( the 3 piece format in gunmetal at the bottom left conner) but on 18's the width is 7.5, i was wondering if anyone knows if they come in 8.0 and if not can you fit 255-35-18 on this type of width 7.5 or do you need to be 8.0, also the offsets are marked on this page if you scroll down, does it match the off set needed for the s2k? would 19" fit an s2k? and what are the recommended wheel sizes and wheels?

you should *definately* not put 255's on 7.5" rims. Considering that most 235 calls for 8" wide... I don't think putting 255 on 7.5" is good at all.

OK, these are minimum numbers for required offset and will differ depending on tire size and brand (more offset required if you plan to shoe horn on a tire that is too wide for wheel)

Widths regardless of diameter:
Front
7" need at least 42mm
7.5" need at least 49mm
8" need at least 55mm
8.5" need at least 61mm (getting pretty tight on inside)

Rear
7.5" why bother
8" need at least 45mm
8.5" need at least 51mm
9" need at least 58mm
9.5" need at least 64mm
10" need at least 70mm
10.5" need at least 76mm (getting pretty tight on both inside and outside)

These numbers are for no rubbing and full suspension travel.
I know plenty of the people here have "not enough offset" and no problems but you may as well do it right if you haven't already done it wrong!
