Default Wheels Falling Off

I picked up a 2001 w/35k on the odometer a few months ago, here's my story:

The wife and I were on vacation 2 weeks ago, driving the Blue Ridge Parkway on the way home from Tennessee (oh yea, did the Tail of the Dragon twice). We were 6 miles from the Skyline Drive when we turned into a visitor

Uhhh exactly how is this Honda motors of America's fault?

Whoever performed the work was at fault, that work was done when the previous owner had the car. I doubt the OP knows who did the work so how is he going to sue anyone?

With the front wheels and rear wheels in the wrong places, shouldn't md4crabs be concerned about the integrity of his diff?

If he were to seek legal recourse, what is the likelihood that he will be able to claim for the replacement of the damaged diff, wheels (i'm assuming the tires are going to be worn out incorrectly), and the studs?
