When to change spark pulgs?

Also what make is best and also what wires are best? Thanks

You dont need to change them until 100,000miles i believe. Only remove and inspect gap. Use only the stock NGK or Denso Plugs

For me or for you? For me its about 1 time every 2 weeks, theres way to much gas some times But every 100,000 is what Honda calls for

I change mine at 50k and seem to make a differences but I wouldn't to worry about it. They are platinum plugs anyways.

Yes, they are platinum tipped but I don't know how "special" they are.
Any true car enthusiast/wrench-head will not leave plugs in there for 100,000 miles without at least pulling them out every 20 - 30 thou to look at them. I used to even clean mine but with these plugs you must be extremely careful not to damage the center electrode. It is very thin and delicate.
If you start modding the engine, it is essential to keep track of what the plugs are doing and learn how the "read" them.

I have intake and exhaust. I don't think that would make much of a difference on the plugs do you?

simple bolt-ons don't make a big difference in spark plug wear-and-tear. mods that mess with the air/fuel ratio or having forced induction makes a big difference though.
