Default Where to buy trunk spring remover?

I've been kicking over the idea of installing the OEM rear spoiler myself and I've read virtually every post on these forums on how to do it, but I've come away with one question. Where is everyone buying this "trunk spring remover" tool? I've read a ton of posts stating that it's "only $4" or "only $6", but the lowest I'm able to find it for locally or even in the on-line shops is nearly $30! I'd really like to be able to install the heavier-duty springs, but I just can't stomach paying nearly $30 (+shipping) for a tool I'm only going to use once!

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate them! Thanks!!!

P.S. - Sorry if this is a stupid/off topic question... I've just been searching for ~5 hours now and don't have anything to show for it.

Better bet ................... Large channel lock pliars. Wear gloves and eye protection.

Many owners who have put on the optional spoiler don't use the HD springs. They aren't really necessary.

A large screw driver will do it no problem.

Or better yet get a Veilside V1 it weighs alittle over 2 lbs and you dont drill holes in yer trunk, its held on with heavy duty double sided tape.
